On the afternoon of August 17,2024, the competition round National Costume , and Talented beauty of Miss International Queen 2024 took place in Pattaya (Thailand) with the participation of 27 contestants.

At the first competition, Vietnam's representative - Nguyen Tuong San performed the national costume called "Noon Dreaming Shepherd" by designer Nguyen Minh Cong. With the vibrant music background, Tuong San made an impression when wearing a unique cut-out outfit with a short layered skirt and high white fur boots, showing off her youthful and dynamic beauty.
