Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Meets with Malaysian Ambassador to China

Beijing,March 3  (AseanAll)  — On March 1, 2023,  Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Nong Rong met with Malaysian Ambassador to China Nusilvan.

Nong Rong said that China and Malaysia are good neighbors that cannot be moved away, and the friendly exchanges between the two countries have lasted for thousands of years. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the "the Belt and Road" initiative proposed by the Chinese President  Xi jinping and the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Malaysia. 


Nong said that China is willing to work with Malaysia to strengthen communication and coordination, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, promote the upgrading of China Malaysia relations, and bring more benefits to the two peoples.

Nusilvan said that Malaysia-China relations are rich in connotation and fruitful. Malaysia attaches great importance to developing relations with China and is willing to work with China to push bilateral cooperation in various fields to a new level.
