Jakarta, November 13 (AseanAll) — At the invitation of Minister of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia and Chair of the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) for 2023 Prabowo Subianto, the Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn will lead the ASEAN Secretariat delegation to attend the 17th ADMM, the 10th ADMM-Plus and Related Meetings on 15-16 November in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Themed “Peace, Prosperity and Security,” the meeting will discuss and provide policy guidance to promote cooperation within ASEAN as well as with its formal partners.
Dr Kao will deliver remarks at the meetings and is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with some Defence Ministers from ASEAN Member States and from several partners, aimed to boost defence cooperation.
