Bangkok , February 1, 2023（AseanAll）--Thai Prime Minister affirms intent to continue working throughout remaining of his term.

According to the Thai government website，January 31, 2023, at the Government House, following the weekly cabinet meeting, Prime Minister and Defense Minister Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha responded to the Government House press corps on an incident involving a Taiwanese tourist being extorted that concerned authorities have already been instructed to conduct thorough investigation on the case. 

"If accused officers are found guilty, legal action will definitely be taken against them. It is important to get rid of bad seeds in an organization and penalize the culprits,"the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also affirmed his intent to continue working throughout the remaining of his term. 

He committed that the Government would also continue to work to the best of its ability in pushing ahead key policies and projects, and utilize budget in a transparent, cost-effective, and accountable manner.
