On May 12, 2023, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn received a courtesy call from former Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Delia Domingo-Albert at the ASEAN Secretariat.
They exchanged views on various topics, ranging from promotion of ASEAN public diplomacy, increasing of intra-ASEAN trade, expansion of ASEAN-branded scholarships to gender equality in ASEAN.
