Jakarta, July 22 (AseanAll)  — Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on July 22, 2026 inaugurated Sudaryono as Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) at the State Palace, Jakarta, replacing Nanik S. Deyang.

The inauguration was carried out based on Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 78/P of 2026 on the Dismissal and Appointment of Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).

On that occasion, the President also administered the oath of office to the newly appointed BGN Head.

“I swear that I will remain faithful to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and carry out all laws and regulations in the utmost just manner, in service to the nation and the state. In performing my duties, I will uphold a professional code of ethics and work to the best of my ability with full responsibility,” the oath reads.

The inauguration was followed by the signing of the official minutes, marking the commencement of Sudaryono’s tenure as Head of BGN.

The event concluded with President Prabowo Subianto, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming, and the invited guests extending their congratulations to the newly-inaugurated BGN Head.

Also in attendance at the inauguration were heads of state institutions, ministers of the Red and White Cabinet, Commander of the Indonesian National Defense Forces (TNI) Agus Subiyanto, Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and Attorney General ST Burhanuddin.
