Pavilion of Cities of Charm

China and each ASEAN country will respectively select a representative city as their cities of charm to showcase their characteristics, leading industries, featured goods, socio-economic development and people-to-people exchanges. 

Guilin of Guangxi, the city of charm of China for the 22nd CAEXPO, will organize a host of themed events and exchange activities during the fair period.

China-ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition (Guilin)

Dates: September 19-21, 2025

Venue: Guilin International Convention & Exhibition Center 

Size: 60,000 sqm

Content: cultural tourism resources and industries, new opportunities in Tourism’s integration with science & technology, culture, digital economy and sports. China-ASEAN Tourism Cooperation, Guilin’s achievements in developing itself into a World-Class Tourist City

IV. CAEXPO Exhibits Awarding Program

This program will support exhibitors to enhance exposure on their new and premium products. Gold, Silver, Excellent Design and Popularity Awards will be presented. Award-winning companies will be provided with value-added advertising and marketing services. 

V. Booth Rentals

Remarks:

1. A standard or non-standard booth is equipped with one fascia board with both Chinese and English name of the company, white laminated walls, information counter × 1nos, folding chairs × 2nos, short spotlights ×2nos, 500W single phase socket × 1nos, waste paper basket × 1nos and carpeting; 

2. No equipment is provided for raw space. 

VI. How to Apply?

1. For Exhibitors

(2)Deadline for Booth Confirmation: August 15, 2025

The CAEXPO Secretariat will send the Letters of Booth Confirmation to applicants upon reviewing their qualification, and arrange booths for them accordingly. The CAEXPO Secretariat reserves the right to adjust booth arrangement.

(3)Incentives for Exhibitors

Online CAEXPO

Year-round complementary online booths will be provided for all exhibitors of the physical show.

2.For Trade Visitors

Please make application at the CAEXPO official website (https://www.caexpo.org.cn). Qualified applicants approved by the CAEXPO Secretariat will enjoy complimentary pass-issuing and business-matching services and free admissions to activities held during the fair period.

Deadline for registration as trade visitor: September 10, 2025

3.Incentives for Trade Visitors

Incentives for Qualified Trade Visitors: Trade visitors deemed by the CAEXPO Secretariat as qualified will enjoy the following incentives:

(1)Three hotel vouchers (RMB350/voucher) for standard room in designated hotel, and shuttle bus between hotel and CAEXPO venues;

(2) Taking part in CAEXPO pavilion tour and trade promotion & B2B matching events

(3) Liaison persons will be provided for buying missions to help arrange itinerary and offer free interpreting services

(4) Major buying missions will be arranged to visit industrial parks and enterprises in Guangxi. 

(5) Commission will be paid to trade visitor organizers for organizing enterprises to participate in designated business activities. 

The above offers are limited in quantity, first come first served. 

Targeted offline biz-matching Services:Buying missions confirmed by the CAEXPO Secretariat will be provided with free business and investment matching service. The CAEXPO Secretariat will arrange one-on-one offline business talks in line with your procurement intention and investment expectation.
