Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister receives a courtesy call by Ambassador of Brazil to Cambodia

Phnom Penh, February 2 (AseanAll)  — On the morning of 2 February 2026, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Vivian Loss Sanmartin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the positive progress of Cambodia-Brazil bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitments to further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including trade and investment, education, tourism, environment and agriculture. 

They also exchanged views on recent developments regarding the Cambodia-Thailand border issue.
