(AseanAll)  —  Vu Thi Hoa, former business executive of a bank in Vietnam, was announced as the winner of the Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024 pageant during the competition’s grand finale held in Hanoi on the evening of June 30,2024,according to Vietnamese media VOV and NhanDan.

This was the first time Mrs Earth Vietnam was held in Vietnam. The contest was held for women who are aged from 25 to 45 years old and living and working in Vietnam.

The contest aims to honour women who have typical beauty of Vietnamese women, great talent, intelligence, morality, bravery, and the understanding of the importance of environmental protection and preservation of natural heritages.

After a thrilling preliminary round and live casting in Hanoi, the 20 best contestants officially enter the final to conquer the crown of Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024.

With an excellent performance, a cute face, a charming smile, and a captivating performance, Vu Thi Hoa beat 19 other finalists to take the crown of Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024. She also won the prize of Knowledge Beauty.

Vu Thi Hoa had worked as a business leader of a bank for 10 years. The former executive, 34, stands at a height of 1.63 metres and weighs 52kg. She is currently studying a master’s degree at the National Economics University (NEU) and works as the CEO of her own business.

Miss Vu Thi Hoa will represent Vietnam at the Mrs Earth International 2024 contest, held in the Philippines in November 11,2034.

Also on the final night on June 30, four runner-up titles were also awarded. The titles of the first runner-up, second runner-up, third runner-up and fourth runner-up went to contestants Nguyen Thi Long Lanh (from Phu Tho Province), Nguyen Thi Thua (from Hai Duong), Le Thi Mai (from Hai Phong City) and Nguyen Thi Hoi (from Thai Binh Province).

In addition, the other supporting prizes, including the Best Face, the Best Body, the Best Catwalk, the Best Talent and the Best Media, were granted to outstanding beauties.

Mrs Earth is an annual international beauty pageant that advocates greater environmental awareness, conservation, and social responsibility. Along with Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss International, it is one of the Big Four beauty pageants.

The pageant attracts representatives from many countries around the world, such as Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Thailand, and Australia.
