Bandar Seri Begawan, August 13 (AseanAll) — Yang Mulia Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), received a courtesy call from Yang Berbahagia General Tan Sri Dato' Sri Mohd Asghar Khan bin Goriman Khan, Chief of Air Force, Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) on 12 August 2024.
Accompanying the Chief of Air Force, RMAF was Brigadier General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Mohd Sharif bin Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and Director of Intelligence.
During the call, both sides highlighted the firm and long-standing bilateral defence relationship between Negara Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia and exchanged views on regional developments of mutual importance. The RBAF Commander acknowledged the strong working relationship between the RBAirF and RMAF through courses, training and bilateral exercises.
Yang Berbahagia General Tan Sri Dato' Sri Mohd Asghar Khan bin Goriman Khan and his delegation are currently on an official working visit to Brunei Darussalam from 11 to 13 August 2024.
