Phnom Penh, May 4 (AseanAll) — Lao President Thongloun Sisoulith, accompanied by a high-level delegation, arrived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on the morning of May 4 for a state visit to the neighbouring country at the invitation of Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni between May 4 and 6.
According to KPL, Thongloun was welcomed upon his arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport by Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace Kong Sam Ol, and Minister of Post and Telecommunications as Minister-in-Attendance Chea Vandeth, as well as many other Cambodian senior officials.
Thongloun’s visit aims to enhance and strengthen the traditional relations and comprehensive and long-lasting strategic partnership between Laos and Cambodia.
