Beijing, June 9 (AseanAll) — The Philippine Independence Day reception was held on June 8th in Beijing, the capital of China.
According to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on June 8, 2023, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Nong Rong was invited to attend the Independence Day reception held by the Philippine Embassy in China.
Nong Rong congratulated the Philippines on the 125th anniversary of its independence, and exchanged views with Philippine Ambassador to China Jimmy Flogu on China-Philippines relations.
