(AseanAll) — On December 31st, 2025,Zaw Min Tun, spokesman for the National Defence and Security Council and Deputy Minister of Information of Myanmar, said in a statement on current Cross-Strait tensions that Myanmar has always firmly adhered to the one-China policy and supported China’s pursuit of peaceful reunification.
Myanmar recognizes that the Taiwan question is purely China’s internal affair and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of the People’s Republic of China, and opposes “Taiwan independence” separatist activities.
