Thai Vice Foreign Minister attends the 3rd International Women, Peace, and Security Forum

Bangkok,June 6 (AseanAll)  — On 2–3 June 2025, Mrs. Lalivan Karnchanachari, Thai  Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the 3rd International Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Forum under the theme “The Security Code for Our Generation”, held in Pristina, Republic of Kosovo.

The Vice Minister participated in the Ministerial Discussion to share Thailand’s perspectives on the topic “Peacemaking in the 21st Century: What Does It Take?” The discussion covered various aspects of peacebuilding, including multilateral diplomacy in peace efforts, the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting peace, and the participation of women and local communities in creating sustainable and context-appropriate peace.

Additionally, the Vice Minister also paid a courtesy call on and held a bilateral meeting with Mrs. Vjosa Osmani Sadriu, President of the Republic of Kosovo, to further strengthen the dynamic bilateral relations and promote cooperation in areas such as the economy, tourism, and the exchange of high-level visits between the two countries.
