The Sixth Belt and Road China-Malaysia Business Dialogue Held in Yinchuan, China

 (AseanAll)  — The Sixth Belt and Road China-Malaysia Business Dialogue was held in Yinchuan,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,China,on April 2,2026. 

The dialogue, themed "Gathering in Beautiful and Open New Ningxia, Writing a New Chapter of China-Malaysia Cooperation," was jointly organized by the China Economic Cooperation Center, the Malaysia-China Business Council, and the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. 

Ma Hui, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, Zhuang Yan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Committee, Wang Li, Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Chang Lih Kang, Vice President of the People's Justice Party (PKR) and Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Malaysia, Low Kian Chuan, Chairman of the Malaysia-China Business Council, Mohd Hatta bin Md Ramli, Vice President of Parti Amanah Negara of Malaysia, and others, attended and addressed the event. 

Ma Hui attended the dialogue and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. 

Ma Hui said, last year, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim reached important consensus on building a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future, charting the course and providing guidance for the development of bilateral relations. This year marks the opening year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. The business communities of both countries should seize opportunities and align with the broader trend, acting as drivers of win-win development and practitioners of mutually beneficial cooperation. Both sides should make full use of the "political party+practical cooperation" platform, actively implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, and jointly write a new chapter of exchanges, integration, and common development between China and Malaysia. 

At the dialogue, Chinese and Malaysian enterprises engaged in in-depth exchanges on cooperation in areas such as agriculture, tourism, trade, and investment, reaching 26 cooperation agreements and delivering sound, practical outcomes.
