Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) receives a courtesy call from the High Commissioner of Pakistan to Brunei

(AseanAll)  — Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) received a courtesy call from Janbaz Khan, The High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Brunei Darussalam on 23 September 2025. 

Also in attendance was Chief of Staff RBAF and Acting Director of Intelligence, Ministry of Defence of Brunei . 

During the call, Commander RBAF warmly welcomed and expressed his appreciation for the presence of His Excellency at the Ministry of Defence and also extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency on his appointment as the new High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Brunei Darussalam.

RBAF Commander appreciates the existing bilateral relations between the RBAF and Pakistan Armed Forces, which have evolved over the years. This was achieved by the exchange of visits, military exercises, meetings and courses. RBAF Commander also hopes RBAF and Pakistan Armed Forces will continue to work together to continue the strong defence relations.

Janbaz Khan was appointed as High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Brunei Darussalam since 21 April 2025.
