Nay Pyi Taw, July 4 (AseanAll)  — U Than Swe, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar received Liu Zhongyi, Assistant Minister of Public Security of the People’s Republic of the of China on 3 July 2025 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar, Nay Pyi Taw.

At the meeting, both sides cordially discussed the matters pertaining to the further consolidating of the existing Pauk-Phaw relations, the promotion of legal cooperation to jointly address transnational crimes, the enhancement of collaboration between the relevant departments to combat online gambling and telecommunication fraud networks along the border areas, the strengthening of tri-lateral cooperation among Myanmar, China and Thailand including cooperation with regional and international community and the maintenance of peace and stability along the Myanmar-China borders.
