Bangkok, June 23 (AseanAll) — On June 21, 2025, Thai Government Spokesperson Jirayu Houngsub clarified about the authority delegated to three Pheu Thai deputy prime ministers to oversee ministries previously under the supervision and responsibility of the resigned Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.
According to the Government Spokesperson, the three deputy prime ministers will take over the responsibilities of former Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and other seven cabinet members who have resigned, whereas the responsibilities of Deputy Prime Ministers Pirapan Salirathavibhaga and Pichai Chunhavajira remain unchanged.
The Government Spokesperson affirmed that the assignment is made with no hidden political agenda.
