According to the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 23, 2025, the inauguration was officiated by the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Singapore, Suryo Pratomo, as a show of support for the global expansion of national tech enterprises.

In his remarks, Suryo Pratomo expressed his pride in Transtrack’s strategic move. “Transtrack’s presence in Singapore is not merely a business expansion, but also a testament to the capability of Indonesian technology to compete and contribute on the global stage, particularly in the highly strategic logistics sector,” he stated.
Suryo also highlighted Transtrack’s commitment to sustainability, especially through the development of environmentally friendly solutions such as a carbon emission monitoring dashboard and marine transport optimization. According to him, these efforts are in line with Indonesia’s commitment to achieving Net Zero Emissions.
Transtrack provides a comprehensive suite of innovative technological solutions tailored to the needs of the modern logistics industry. Its products and services include fleet management systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT), real-time tracking, operational integration, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for supply chain and marine transport optimization.
The expansion into Singapore marks a strategic move for Transtrack to tap into the ASEAN logistics market, which is projected to reach a value of over USD 58 billion this year. The new office will also serve as a regional strategic hub to strengthen business partnerships and collaboration across Southeast Asia.
Through this expansion, Transtrack not only broadens its market reach but also brings the spirit of Indonesian innovation and technological competitiveness to the global arena. Transtrack’s success stands as an inspiration for other Indonesian startups to continue growing and making meaningful contributions to the global tech ecosystem.
