(AseanAll) — On November 27, 2024,Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with the ASEAN Committee in Canberra during his Working Visit to Australia.
Kao Kim Hourn thanked the Committee for its role and contribution towards raising the profile and visibility of ASEAN in Australia and enhancing ASEAN-Australia relations, and shared thoughts on ways to further strengthen ASEAN-Australia cooperation under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
He encouraged the Committee to continue playing an active role to this end, especially as this year marks the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-Australia Dialogue Relations.
