Jakarta, February 25 (AseanAll) — Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on February 25, 2026 received the new President and Chair of the Board of Directors of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Zou Jiayi, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat.
Both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation supporting priorities on connectivity and sustainable infrastructure, particularly in transport, energy and digital infrastructure, as well as in infrastructure financing.
Dr. Kao congratulated Madam Zou on her recent assumption of office and looked forward to further deepening ASEAN-AIIB partnership.
