(AseanAll) — On 12 February 2026, Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Thai Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a telephone conversation with Gideon Sa’ar, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
The Thai Foreign Minister reaffirmed that Israel is an important partner of Thailand in the Middle East, noting that more than 60,000 Thai workers are currently residing and working in Israel.
Both sides agreed to further elevate bilateral cooperation, especially in areas of Israel’s strong expertise and mutual benefit, including medical diplomacy and cybersecurity, as well as to promote high-level exchanges.
