ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee convenes its first meeting under the Philippines’ Chairship

Jakarta, February 4 (AseanAll)  — The ASEAN Connectivity Coordinating Committee (ACCC) convened its first meeting for the year at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat on February 4, 2026.

Chaired by the Philippines, the ACCC discussed ASEAN Connectivity priorities for 2026, including the operationalisation of the ASEAN Connectivity Strategic Plan (ACSP), strengthening monitoring and evaluation for the ACSP, and enhancing engagement with external partners on Connectivity, among others. This year marks the commencement of the ACSP, successor to the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity (MPAC) 2025.

The ACCC coordinates, monitors and guides the implementation of the ASEAN Connectivity initiatives under the ACSP, in close collaboration with ASEAN Bodies and Mechanisms across all three ASEAN Community Pillars to enhance regional connectivity in support of the ASEAN 2045: Our Shared Future.
