Hanoi, January 23 (AseanAll)  — To Lam was unanimously re-elected as the General Secretary of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam at the first plenum of the 14th Party Central Committee held in Ha Noi on January 23,2026, according to Vietnamese government portal(VGP) .
