(AseanAll) — Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on November 20, 2025 held a pull-aside meeting with Mya Tun Oo, Union Minister of Transport and Communications of Myanmar and Chair of the 31st ASEAN Transport Ministers’ Meeting, in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar.
Dr. Kao expressed appreciation for Myanmar’s active coordination with the Republic of Korea (ROK) on the negotiations of ASEAN–ROK Air Services Agreement.
He reaffirmed that the ASEAN Secretariat stands ready to support Myanmar in preparing for the upcoming discussions and in advancing the Agreement toward its timely conclusion.
