The Third Batch of China-aided Emergency Humanitarian In-kind Assistance Arrives in Myanmar

Yangon,April 5 (AseanAll)  — The third batch of China-aided emergency humanitarian in-kind assistance arrived at Yangon International Airport on April 5 at 12:15 local time. 

Counselor Ouyang Daobing from the Chinese Embassy and Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein were present at the airport to receive the shipment.

The third batch of supplies includes 1,048 water purifiers, 10,000 mosquito nets, 15,000 first-aid kits, 400 large tents and other urgently needed supplies. They were transported to disaster-stricken areas on the same day.
