(AseanAll) — Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam attended the Royal Audience with King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua, King of the Kingdom of Thailand and Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana at Dusit Palace, Bangkok, on 29th April afternoon,according to Radio Television Brunei.
Accompanying the Sultan was his son, Prince 'Abdul Mateen.
The Royal Audience at Dusit Palace was also attended by Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister of Thailand.
The Royal Audience, among other things, aimed to further enhance the long-standing relationship between Brunei Darussalam and Thailand as well as provided the opportunity for the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam to meet with Thai King and Queen in strengthening the bond and kinship between the Royal Families of both countries.
