Phnom Penh, November 25(AseanAll) — On November 24, 2023，Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn meets with the Minister of Mines and Energy of Cambodia Keo Rottanak in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Dr Kao congratulated Minister Keo Rottanak on his recent appointment as the Minister of Mines and Energy of Cambodia earlier this year, as well as for Cambodia’s successful chairmanship of the 9th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Minerals and Associated Meetings.
They discussed the progress of ASEAN’s cooperation in both the minerals and energy sector.
