Phnom Penh, September 23 (AseanAll) — On September 23, 2023, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the closing dinner of the 20th Southeast Asia Red Cross and Red Crescent (SEA RCRC) Leaders Meeting in Phnom Penh, where he observed the official handover of the chairmanship of the 21st SEA RCRC Leaders’ Meeting and 3rd Youth Forum to the Indonesian Red Cross.
