Jakarta, February 6 (AseanAll) — Satvinder Singh, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), received Mr. Eduardo Pedrosa, Executive Director of the APEC Secretariat, at the ASEAN Secretariat / ASEAN Headquarters on 6 February 2026 for a courtesy call.
The Meeting exchanged views on regional economic developments and explored avenues to further strengthen ASEAN–APEC cooperation. Discussions underscored the importance of working together to keep markets open, uphold a rules-based and predictable trading system, and promote resilient and inclusive global value chains, in line with shared regional economic priorities.
