Bangkok,September 29 (AseanAll)  — On September 29, 2025, at Thai Khu Fah Building, Government House, Thai Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul disclosed that he has discussed with Minister of Defense and commanders of the Royal Thai Army responsible for the area around Thailand-Cambodia borders regarding assistance provision to affected residents. 

An integrated forces of police and local administrations will join with the military to take care of the citizens affected by the incident. Safety will be prioritized in any necessary evacuation of the residents. Shelters will be prepared with mattresses, food, and internet system. They are only asked to comply with rules and regulations.

The Prime Minister added that the Government has given the green light to the military to make any decision regarding protection of Thai sovereignty, while it stands ready to provide support at all times.
