Phnom Penh, July 17 (AseanAll)  — On the afternoon of 17 July 2025, PRAK Sokhonn, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation  received a farewell call from Jacques PELLET, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, on the occasion of the conclusion of his diplomatic mission in the Kingdom.

During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister extended his high appreciation to the Ambassador for having carried out his mission with strong determination and effectiveness, actively contributing to the promotion and strengthening of the historic bonds of friendship and multi-sectorial cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the French Republic. The Ambassador conveyed his deep gratitude to Cambodia, especially to the Deputy Prime Minister, for the quality of the close collaboration, accorded to him and his entire team of the French Embassy in Cambodia throughout his tenure.

Following the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister hosted a dinner in honor of the Ambassador as a testament to the appreciation and friendship between the two countries.
