(AseanAll) — Yang Mulia Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) received a farewell call from Colonel Russ Corwin, Non-Resident Defence Attache of The United States of America accredited to Brunei Darussalam on 22 April 2025 .
Also in attendance were the Deputy Commander RBAF, Chief of Staff RBAF and Director of Intelligence.
During the call, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces expressed his appreciation to Colonel Corwin for his valuable contributions in assisting towards strengthening the relationship and cooperation between the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and the United States through defence courses and trainings.
Both parties reflected on the longstanding and close ties that have been developed over the years and engaged in discussions on ongoing engagements, as well as potential avenues for future collaboration.
Colonel Russ Corwin was appointed as the Non-Resident Defence Attache of The United States of America accredited to Brunei Darussalam since 29 August 2022.
