Phnom Penh, July 3 (AseanAll) — On the morning of 03 July 2025, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a farewell call by Ermenegildo Kupa Lopes, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste to the Kingdom of Cambodia, who has successfully completed his diplomatic mission in Cambodia.
During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister commended Ambassador for his significant contribution to promoting friendly relations and close cooperation between Cambodia and Timor-Leste over the years.
The Ambassador also extended his gratitude for Cambodia’s strong support for Timor-Leste’s full ASEAN membership.
Following the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister hosted a farewell luncheon in honor of the Ambassador.
